Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and delivery-focused Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and Digital Transformation projects for our global MSP partners (B2B) and end customers (B2C).
This role is critical to ensuring structured delivery, proactive communication, timeline adherence, and customer satisfaction across all project engagements.
The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of hands-on experience managing IT infrastructure and cloud projects, with strong capabilities in project planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and service delivery governance.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
  • Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects across:
  • Microsoft 365 migrations & implementations
  • Azure cloud deployments & DR setups
  • Modern Workplace implementations
  • Networking & on-prem infrastructure deployments
  • Security & compliance assessments
  • Power Platform & SharePoint solutions
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Stakeholder & Customer Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and MSP partners during project lifecycle
  • Conduct kick-off meetings, weekly status calls, and executive updates
  • Ensure clear, proactive, and professional communication at all stages
  • Manage customer expectations and handle escalations effectively
Delivery Governance & Process Management
  • Define and enforce project delivery frameworks, SOPs, and best practices
  • Drive adoption of structured tools (e.g., PSA, ticketing systems, project trackers)
  • Ensure proper documentation, handovers, and closure reports
  • Maintain project health dashboards and reporting metrics
Scheduling & Task Management
  • Break down projects into actionable tasks and assign ownership to technical teams
  • Track progress and ensure accountability across L2/L3 engineers
  • Identify bottlenecks and proactively drive resolution
Risk, Issue & Change Management
  • Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies
  • Manage scope changes via formal change management processes
  • Ensure proper documentation and approvals for deviations
Pre-Sales & Solution Alignment
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales / Solutions Architects during:
  • Scope validation
  • Effort estimation
  • SOW finalization
  • Ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery
Team Coordination & Mentorship
  • Work closely with:
  • L3 Shared Services Team (Technical Delivery)
  • Support/NOC teams
  • Project Coordinator(s)
  • Guide and mentor junior coordinators to improve delivery maturity
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5–7 years of experience in IT Project Management / Service Delivery
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end IT infrastructure or cloud projects
  • Experience working with MSPs or IT services companies is highly preferred
Technical Understanding (Must-Have)
Strong conceptual understanding of:
  • Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Microsoft Azure (IaaS, networking, backup, DR)
  • Identity & Security (Entra ID, Intune, Defender)
  • On-prem infrastructure (AD, virtualization, networking basics)
  • Power Platform & automation projects (basic awareness)
👉 Note: This is not a hands-on technical role, but strong technical understanding is essential.
Project Management Skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP / PRINCE2 certification (good to have, not mandatory)
  • ITIL Foundation certification (preferred)
  • Experience working with international clients (US/UK/UAE MSPs)
