Hiring: Senior Infrastructure Engineer (On-Premises)
We are looking for an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer with strong hands-on experience in managing and supporting enterprise on-premises infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Windows Server environments including upgrades, patching, migrations, and troubleshooting.
• Administer Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Group Policy (GPO), Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, and FSMO roles.
• Manage Microsoft 365 (M365) administration, Hyper-V virtualization environments, VM lifecycle, and performance optimization.
• Manage and support Terminal Server (Remote Desktop Services) environments.
• Support server hardware, SAN/NAS storage, backup solutions, and data center operations.
• Monitor infrastructure using tools like PRTG, N-Central, or similar platforms.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Support basic networking activities including TCP/IP, VLANs, and switching concepts.
• Handle and support overseas/international clients, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication.
Required Skills:
• 8+ years of experience in Windows Server & On-Premises Infrastructure.
• Strong expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V, Terminal Server, and server administration.
• Experience with storage, backup, monitoring tools, and data center environments.
• Experience in handling overseas/international clients.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
