Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 1-3 years
Working Days: 5 days working
Timings: 06:30 AM to 03:30 PM (ANZ Shift)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities from the provided leads.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and drive both acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with teams on strategies for client onboarding, growth, and satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Present to prospective clients and close deals with favorable terms.
- Act as the primary post-sale contact, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing support.
- Monitor client usage, address concerns, and ensure maximum value from services offered.
- Manage payments, upselling\cross-selling, and contract extensions.
- Provide regular reports on business development and customer success metrics.
Requirements:
- Must have strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in new business development
- Experience in customer success or client management.
- Proven ability to handle customer inquiries, issues, and provide solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
