Job Title: Business Development Executive  

Location: Ahmedabad 

Experience: 1-3 years 

Working Days: 5 days working 

Timings: 06:30 AM to 03:30 PM (ANZ Shift) 

 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Identify new business opportunities from the provided leads. 
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and drive both acquisition and retention. 
  • Collaborate with teams on strategies for client onboarding, growth, and satisfaction. 
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities. 
  • Present to prospective clients and close deals with favorable terms. 
  • Act as the primary post-sale contact, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing support. 
  • Monitor client usage, address concerns, and ensure maximum value from services offered. 
  • Manage payments, upselling\cross-selling, and contract extensions. 
  • Provide regular reports on business development and customer success metrics. 

 

Requirements: 

  • Must have strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. 
  • Experience in new business development 
  • Experience in customer success or client management. 
  • Proven ability to handle customer inquiries, issues, and provide solutions. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
